Capture before commitment
The live snapshot holds 28 items. Hermes captures ideas in a Kanban, then clarifies readiness and evidence before treating an item as a project, experiment, scheduled task, or blocked work. A captured idea is not a commitment.
Triage with reasons
Current threads include Hermes, Jev, Paperclip, Archify, dashboards, security research, learning, and content work. Each outcome should retain its why-now or missing-data note. Blocked cards state what input is missing rather than silently disappearing.
A board that feeds work
The Kanban is the working source; a dated vault snapshot makes it available to other artifacts and review. The project categorization is designed but not enforced, and dedicated board dashboard views remain in the backlog.
How the pieces connect
